Although I’ve written these Terms and Conditions in plain English, the intent behind them is serious.

With this in mind, please read them carefully before purchasing.

1) You are purchasing an ongoing fitness coaching service.

2) This means you have personal and private access to me to get answers to any questions I am qualified to answer.

3) You can begin availing yourself of this service once I have reviewed and approved your onboarding documentation.

4) Upon reviewing your onboarding documentation, I may decide not to work with you.

5) This may be because you have a medical condition that means online personal training is contraindicated.

6) My decision to coach you or not is final and you have no right of appeal if I decline.

7) I will, of course, issue you a full and prompt refund of all monies paid if I am unable to coach you for whatever reason.

8) From time to time, I will send you bonus material.

9) This bonus material may include electronic and real paper books, audio trainings, and similar information products.

10) Do not expect these every month.

11) When you will get them is entirely at my discretion.

12) There may be long periods when no bonuses are given, meaning you could get no bonuses at all if you join and then cancel within one of these periods.

13) As part of this service, you are entitled to ask me anything I am qualified to answer via email, text, and voice note.

14) I generally respond to these questions within a few hours, and the only reason you'll be waiting more than a day is if I need time for thinking/research to properly respond to your query or need to record a video.

15) Whether delivered on a call, in an email or text, via voice note, or in one of my Real Paper books, you and you alone are responsible for determining what information (if any) you decide to use – in consultation with a qualified professional (e.g. a doctor) when appropriate.

16) I cannot and therefore do not guarantee you will get any results.

17) The results you experience will be determined by factors you control (e.g. the work you put in) and factors you don’t (e.g. economic factors, so-called “Acts of God”, etc.).

18) If you have any concerns whatsoever about your health, injuries past or present, etc., you must consult a doctor and get their approval before partaking in physical exercise and/or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

19) You are entitled to request a refund for any reason (or no reason) within 30 days of making your first payment.

20) You can request this email via email, text, or voice note. It's up to you.

21) I will return your money promptly -- probably within hours but it'll never take more than 14 days in any case, unless the funds are held by your bank or some other unlikely issue I have no control over.

22) There are no refunds after the initial 30 day window has expired.

23) If you are rude, abusive, a persistent complainer, or otherwise act in a manner unbecoming of an adult, I reserve the right to immediately terminate our coaching relationship.

24) No refund will be due in these circumstances unless the behaviour occurs within the first 30 days in which case a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.
