2) I cannot guarantee any specific results. And it would be wrong of me to do so because the results you experience will depend on a plethora of things, some you control and others you don’t.

3) All physical activity as well as diet and lifestyle changes carry risks up to and including death. Therefore, you must consult a doctor before embarking on any fitness programme, including any of mine.
4) I don’t offer medical advice under any circumstances. Go and see a doctor and do as they say if you have any concerns in this regard.

6) Please subscribe using your primary email address, not an address you never use. This ensures I’ll be able to contact you directly if needs be.

8) If you cancel your subscription, you cannot re-subscribe under any circumstances. No exceptions.

9) Cancelling is easy. There’s a link you can use at the bottom of every invoice I send you or you can email me personally and I’ll sort it out. You don’t need to give a reason.

10) The newsletter goes to print in the first week of the month with a view to getting it to you in the third or fourth week of the month. In the unlikely event of a delay, I’ll let you know (this is why you must subscribe using your primary email address).

11) I’ll send your newsletters to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You should get delivery updates via email but I cannot control whether or not Royal Mail furnish you with this information nor if that information is accurate.

12) The onus is on you to update me if you move or want the newsletter sent to another address. I won’t be held responsible for your newsletter being sent to the wrong address because you didn’t tell me you moved.

13) Your first newsletter will arrive the month following the date you subscribed. For example, if you subscribe in November, your first issue will arrive in December.
