Although I’ve written these Terms and Conditions in plain English, the intent behind them is serious.

With this in mind, please read them carefully before purchasing.

1) You are purchasing a book. A book is not a coaching service and your purchase does not create such a relationship between us. This means you and you alone are responsible for determining what information (if any) you decide to use – in consultation with a qualified professional (e.g. a doctor) when appropriate.

2) I cannot and therefore do not guarantee you will get any results. The results you experience will be determined by factors you control (e.g. the work you put in) and factors you don’t (e.g. economic factors, so-called “Acts of God”, etc.).

3) If you have any concerns whatsoever about your health, injuries past or present, etc., you must consult a doctor and get their approval before partaking in physical exercise and/or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

4) I will dispatch your book as soon as possible (usually the next day, stock levels willing). I’ll dispatch pre-orders the first working day after I receive them from the printer.

5) You may return the book for any reason or no reason within 14 days of receiving your book for a full refund. You must contact me via email (phil@philtyreman.co.uk) to request this refund. You must also arrange and pay for the book to be returned to me. I’ll then issue you your refund via bank transfer, ordinarily within 48 hours but never later than 14 days in any case.
