Although I’ve written these Terms and Conditions in plain English, the intent behind them is serious.

With this in mind, please read them carefully before purchasing.

1) You are purchasing a 6 month coaching programme.

2) This means you and I will work together personally and privately for six months.

3) Your six months begins once you have completed and returned your onboarding documentation, and I have reviewed it.

4) Upon reviewing your onboarding documentation, I may decide not to work with you.

5) This may be because you have a medical condition that means online personal training is contraindicated.

6) My decision to coach you or not is final and you have no right of appeal if I decline.

7) I will, of course, issue you a full and prompt refund of all monies paid if I am unable to coach you for whatever reason.

8) As my client, you have a duty to show up to all scheduled calls.

9) These calls will be booked in at a time convenient to you.

10) If you are unable to make a call and let me know at least 24 hours beforehand, we can reschedule.

11) If you let me know later than that, I may decline to offer you another call for that fortnight and you will have missed out.

12) So be organised, please.

13) As well as the calls, you are entitled to ask me anything I am qualified to answer via email, text, and voice note.

14) I generally respond to these questions within a few hours, and the only reason you'll be waiting more than a day is if I need time for thinking/research to properly respond to your query or need to record a video.

15) You will also be getting a Real Paper copy of my book The Greek Physique containing the programme I am coaching you on.

16) You will also be getting three Real Paper Handbooks from my Silver Era Secrets Programme.

17) Both of these will be coming to you towards the end of our time together and ONLY once you have paid the full amount.

18) Whether delivered on a call, in an email or text, via voice note, or in one of my Real Paper books, you and you alone are responsible for determining what information (if any) you decide to use – in consultation with a qualified professional (e.g. a doctor) when appropriate.

19) I cannot and therefore do not guarantee you will get any results.

20) The results you experience will be determined by factors you control (e.g. the work you put in) and factors you don’t (e.g. economic factors, so-called “Acts of God”, etc.).

21) If you have any concerns whatsoever about your health, injuries past or present, etc., you must consult a doctor and get their approval before partaking in physical exercise and/or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

22) You are entitled to request a refund for any reason (or no reason) within 14 days of making your first (or only) payment.

23) You can request this email via email, text, voice note, or in person on a call. It's up to you.

24) I will return your money promptly -- probably within hours but it'll never take more than 14 days in any case, unless the funds are held by your bank or some other unlikely issue I have no control over.

25) If you opt to pay in 2 or 4 instalments and fail to make a payment, I reserve the right to terminate our realtionship.

26) No refund will be due in these circumstances and you may not appeal my decision.

27) Similarly, if you are rude, abusive, a persistent complainer, or otherwise act in a manner unbecoming of an adult, I reserve the right to immediately terminate our coaching relationship.

28) Again, no refund will be due in these circumstances unless the behaviour occurs within the first 14 days in which case a full refund of all monies paid will be issued as normal.

Those are my terms. If you’re happy to proceed, check the box and continue with your order.

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman
