Please read the below Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing.

1) You are purchasing a series of Real Paper Handbooks per the sales page you have just read.

2) You and you alone are responsible for determining what information (if any) in the handbooks that you decide to use – in consultation with a qualified professional (e.g. a doctor) when appropriate.

3) I cannot and therefore do not guarantee you will get any results.

The results you experience will be determined by factors you control (e.g. the work you put in) and factors you don’t (e.g. economic factors, so-called “Acts of God”, etc.).

4) If you have any concerns whatsoever about your health, injuries past or present, etc., you must consult a doctor and get their approval before partaking in physical exercise and/or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

5) I will dispatch your Handbooks promptly. Typically this is the day after I receive an order but can be the same day if it came in early enough and I'm not busy.

It will be delivered to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail say delivery takes two to three working days, although it can sometimes take longer.

6) You may cancel your at any time and for any reason (or no reason) between purchase and 14 after receiving your Handbooks for a full refund.

There are no refunds after this point.

7) If you request a refund AFTER receiving your Handbooks, you must arrange and pay for them to be returned to me. I will not process your refund until I have received the Handbooks back.

Those are my terms.

Although I've decided to write them in plain English rather than legalese, the intent is serious.

So.

If after reading them you’re happy to proceed, check the box and continue with your order.

Thank you,

Phil Tyreman
