Please read the below Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing.

1) You are purchasing a one hour telephone or video call and report as detailed on the sales page you have just read.

2) You and you alone are responsible for determining what information (if any) in the report and/or our conversation that you use use – in consultation with a qualified professional (e.g. a doctor) when appropriate.

3) I cannot and therefore do not guarantee you will get any results.

The results you experience will be determined by factors you control (e.g. the work you put in) and factors you don’t (e.g. economic factors, so-called “Acts of God”, etc.).

4) If you have any concerns whatsoever about your health, injuries past or present, etc., you must consult a doctor and get their approval before partaking in physical exercise and/or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

5) I will send you onboarding documentation via email within 24 hours of purchase.

I will send these documents to the email address you enter on this page.

You must complete this documentation and email it back to me.

Our call WILL NOT take place until this has been completed.

6) I may decide against working with you upon reviewing your onboarding paperwork.

The most likely cause of this outcome would be an illness and/or injury that makes it unsafe for us to work together but I reserve the right to refuse to take you on as a client for any other legal reason.

My decision is final and there is no right of appeal.

Obviously I will refund you in full immediately if this is the case.

7) You may request a refund prior to our call taking place. After that, there are no refunds.

8) If you do not turn up to our call, you may not schedule another unless you provide me with a good reason for your absence.

I alone determine what counts as a "good reason" and you have no right of appeal.

You will not get a refund if you fail to turn up and don't provide a good reason.

9) I will complete your report as swiftly as I can, but please understand that it may take some time depending on the complexity of your needs and aspirations.

Upon completion, I will immediately send you the electronic version to the email you provided with your purchase.

I will also arrange for it to be printed and subsequently mail it out to you when I have the hard copy (expect this to take a few weeks at the very least).

Those are my terms.

Although I've decided to write them in plain English rather than legalese, the intent behind them is serious.
